The eighteen Young Guns arrive at Las Vegas on a bus heading to Hell's Kitchen, and they drove past the real Hell's Kitchen restaurant. Victoria said that a new generation was coming in, and they were taking charge, which was why she came. The bus arrived at Hell's Kitchen, where Marino greeted the chefs. Marino explained that Ramsay created a museum to celebrate the past nineteen seasons in honor of the twentieth season. Giving the tour were Shakala and Sean, who led the chefs into the museum. As the chefs toured the museum, they saw photos of past contestants, jackets hung, Hell's Kitchen Wall of Fame, and lines from past seasons. Then, they see video clips of moments from the show. The last stop was an exhibit of the doors used to reveal the winner of each season. Sean said that the final part of the tour was a documentary film about the show's history. However, the curtain pulled back to reveal an audience waiting for them and Ramsay on a stage behind them. Once on stage, Ramsay explained that the museum was meant to showcase the past, while the eighteen of them were the future. Ramsay added that the desire to become a chef was a dream for many young people, and food has evolved over the years since the show began. So, Ramsay announced that the season's winner would become his protégé and become the new Head Chef at Gordon Ramsay Steak at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas. Afterwards, Ramsay announced the Signature Dish Challenge and gave the chefs 45 minutes to cook their dishes.

During the Signature Dish Challenge, Victoria was the seventh person from the red team to have her dish judged by Ramsay and went up against Payton. She made a pan-seared chicken thigh and vegetable risotto, it was deemed delicious, and she scored four points. The red team won the challenge 30-28. They were rewarded with dinner at Gordon Ramsay Steak 2.0 and had three previous winners joining them: Season 17 Michelle, Season 18 Ariel, and Sous Chef Christina. After hearing that reward, she was happy that strong women were out there in the culinary world. During the reward, she laughed when Josie said that the blue team was not on the radar.[1]

During the Alcohol Challenge, Victoria was named one of the Top Three in the red team and was the first to have her dish judged by Ramsay. She made a pineapple rum shrimp. Ramsay found the shrimp to be spotless and liked the dish's cook. She lost the challenge to Brynn.

During the 300th dinner service, Victoria was on the appetizer station with Morgana. She was seen preparing her first order of appetizers alongside Morgana. The red team won the service.[2]

Back at the dorms, Victoria said her feet had cankles and bunions. As the women talked about foot fetishes, Victoria revealed that her sister got offered $50 for a toe suck.

During the Whole Squid Prep Challenge, Steve dove on top of Victoria when she was in the dunk tank. She got three attempts accepted and was confident the women had it. The red team won the challenge 16-14, and they were rewarded with an off-road racing experience at Speed Vegas and eating lunch provided by BLT Steak. During the reward, she called Speed Vegas lit, and during lunch, she loved her steak.

During dinner service, Victoria was at the meat station with Josie. A glitch in communication happened when Emily called out a halibut on order, but she did not think it was. After it was sorted out, she said communication was either do or die for the women, and they got their first order out. Later, she wanted Ramsay as their conductor. The red team won the service.[3]

Episode 4[]

Before the Paris Hotel Brunch Service Challenge, Victoria got sparked up by the Chippendale's appearance and did not want to let them down. She was at the fruit salad station with Morgana and was not seen much. The red team won the challenge, and she said she made brunch her bitch. They were rewarded with a Caesars Entertainment’s Private Jet ride to see locales like the Paris Strip, Hoover Dam, and the Grand Canyon. They also won a staycation at Planet Hollywood’s mega-suite. During the reward, she was happy to live a luxurious life.

During dinner service, Victoria was at the fish station with Megan. The women received the VIP order in the red kitchen, but she ignored Morgana and Brynn’s time calls. Emily acknowledged her strength but was not happy that she was cooking alone. She walked the salmon without telling anybody and only told Ramsay when he asked for times on the order. Ramsay accused her of not caring, but she argued that she did as Criss Angel and his wife watched. Later, she walked the refire, but Ramsay took the salmon and the women into the pantry room. Ramsay showed the women that the salmon for Criss Angel’s wife was raw and accused her of not caring again. She said she did care, but Ramsay warned her to either get a grip or leave. As the women walked back to the kitchen, Kiya told her to focus and own up to the VIP order. She got her third attempt accepted.

Both teams were named joint losers and were asked to nominate two each. During deliberation, Keanu nominated Victoria for not communicating that night. She acknowledged that but argued that Brynn’s over vocalness was worse. However, she received a vote from Emily.

Victoria was not nominated for elimination. However, a nominated Brynn deemed her the worst that night, and Ramsay called her up in place of the former. She joined Josie and Alex and Antonio from the blue team. During her plea, she thought she had the leadership qualities and knew she had to find her voice, but Ramsay deemed her performance shocking. After Alex's elimination, Ramsay said he was not done yet and asked her for her jacket. While he acknowledged that she had a bad night due to carelessness, Ramsay placed her on the blue team. She survived elimination and was soon joined by Emily and Megan.[4]

Episode 5[]

During the Emoji Jacket Challenge, Victoria told Megan to make eggplant parmesan. She made the crab cakes, and Steve told her to add parsley. She was the third person from the blue team to have her dish judged by Ramsay and went up against Brynn. She lost that round as she grabbed the wrong herb instead of the parsley. The blue team lost the challenge, and they were punished by cleaning the Eiffel Tower while wearing French maid outfits.

During prep, Victoria felt nervous about working with the blue team due to many unknowns. During dinner service, she was at the meat station with Kevin. She was not seen that night, and the blue team won the service.[5]

Episode 6[]

During the Megan 21st Planning Challenge, Victoria made pulled pork sliders. However, because the blue team had an extra appetizer, she decided to drop her dish from the judging as she feared they were too spicy for Megan. The blue team won the challenge after a tie at three each. They were rewarded with a flow riding experience on the roof of Planet Hollywood and lunch proved by Café Hollywood.

During Megan's 21st dinner service, Victoria was at the appetizer station with Antonio. When Antonio served undercooked carbonara, Ramsay pulled the two to the pass to show it to them. Later, Antonio was late on the appetizer for Megan's table, so Ramsay asked her to help him. She knew that it was not acceptable to be late that night as she knew Ramsay would rip them apart for any mistake they made. The blue team won the service.[6]

Episode 7[]

Before the International Cuisine Challenge, Ramsay asked the blue team for a volunteer to move into the red team. Victoria and Emily volunteered to go back to the red team, but Ramsay denied their requests. So, she said goodbye to Antonio as the latter was reassigned to the red team. She picked French Cuisine. She was the third person to have her dish judged and went up against Sam. She made a lobster and herb de province risotto with seared scallops. While it was praised for well-cooked scallops, it was criticized for not being an authentic risotto. She lost that round to Sam, and the blue team lost the challenge 2-4. They were punished by prepping the dining room for that night’s service, including ironing the tablecloths, polishing the silverware, and polishing the glasses. Marino told her and Megan not to sit down during the punishment. She felt he was pushing them hard as Kevin struggled to iron a shirt. She deemed Kevin a hindrance and thought he did not care.

During dinner service, Victoria was at the garnish station. She was not seen much, except for feeling Kevin's lobster tail. Both teams were named joint winners.[7]

Episode 8[]

Victoria and Steve heard a time go off in the fourth round during the Relay Challenge, but neither of them knew what it was for. Thinking it was the lamb, she pulled it out of the oven. On the halibut round, the fennel was watery because she did not reduce it properly. The blue team lost the challenge 1-3 and they were punished by participating in Recycling Day, which included sorting through the trash.

Later that day, Ramsay held private one-on-one meetings with the chefs. Victoria was the eighth chef to have her meeting. Ramsay reminded her that she was a Jr. Sous Chef, but he did not feel it due to her self-doubt. Ramsay told her to believe in herself more because she worked on every station and had the experience. She was one of the five chefs to compete in the Cook For Your Life Challenge. She went up against Emily, Sam, Josie, and Keanu. During the cooking, she called the challenge the ultimate mental test and used a little coffee as the seasoning. She was the final person to have her dish judged by Ramsay. She made a pan-seared pork chop with blanched sprout slaw and bourbon and espresso glaze. Ramsay found the sauce presentation to be clumsy but found the cook of the pork to be perfect despite her nervousness. The slaw was criticized for its bitter taste due to the blanching. After tasting her dish, Ramsay deemed her dish better than Keanu’s, and she was the final person safe.[8]

Episode 9[]

Continuing from the previous episode, Victoria entered the dorms and received hugs from the blue team.

During the Spells Kitchen Challenge, Victoria believed she could use the ingredients to her advantage in contrast to the red team's sabotage attempts. She participated in the fifth round of part one and went up against Josie. She got purple potatoes for the blue team's veal chop and asparagus for their ribeye. During the cooking, she worked with Megan on their sea bass dishes. They were the second pair to have their dishes judged by Ramsay and went up against Brynn and Kiya. She made a pan-seared sea bass with sweet potato puree, turnip Berblanc, and quinoa. It was praised for tasting delicious despite the odd ingredients and she scored a point. The blue team won the challenge 6-3 and they were rewarded with a private hot tub from Drai's Beach Club at the Cromwell Hotel.

During the Charity Night dinner service, Victoria was in charge of the snapper course. She recalled her poor fish performance back in the third service, but she was confident about her chances now. However, Ramsay saw that their snapper was raw as well and ordered the blue team to put it back in the pan. Still, she was able to get the refire accepted and the blue team sent out their course. On the filet mignon course, she and Megan decided to pull off undercooked filets in hopes the resting time would help them. However, they came out raw and Ramsay accused her and Megan of sabotaging Trenton.

Both teams were named joint losers and they were asked to nominate two each. During deliberation, Trenton singled out Victoria for her lack of vocalness. Steve agreed with Trenton, and she resigned herself to it.

Victoria was named the blue team's second nominee for elimination, with Megan as the first. They joined Brynn and Josie from the red team. During her plea, she admitted that she was not using her voice but said she had the skills to make up for it. She was eliminated for not finding her voice as a leader. During her exit interview, she did not think she let the blue team down, but she would carry the lessons she learned throughout her time.

Ramsay's comment: "Victoria may have an impressive resume, but after her performance tonight, there's one job she won't be adding to it — head chef at Gordon Ramsay Steak."[9]
