The contestants flew into Los Angeles to compete at Hell's Kitchen. Soon, the chefs met up on the bus going to Hell's Kitchen. What they did not know was Ramsay was in the bus with them, in disguise. Eventually, the contestants arrived at Hell's Kitchen, greeted by Jean-Philippe. After some hellos, Jean-Philippe claimed he was good at making an impression of Ramsay, which he did by calling out orders and yelling at them. After he did, Jean-Philippe asked Shayna and Jason to do their impressions themselves. After that, Jean-Philippe called up the disguised Ramsay, who spoke in his natural voice. While the chefs were initially impressed by the acting, they quickly realized that something was up. Ramsay revealed himself, which excited every contestant. Dominic admitted that he did not see it coming. After that, Ramsay instructed the chefs to create their signature dishes as he wanted to see how well they could cook as well as they talked on the bus.
During the Signature Dish Challenge, Sharon was the tenth person to have her dish judged by Ramsay. What she made is unknown, but Ramsay told her that it was not up to scratch for Hell's Kitchen. After the challenge, Ramsay asked both teams to name team captains for the first service. The red team unanimously picked Vanessa.
During dinner service, Sharon was at the appetizer station. On the first ticket, she worked on appetizers but was pushed around a lot by Jen. Jen was concerned about her, the former calling her Barbie because she thought she looked ditzy. When both of them gave a different time, Ramsay asked them who was running the station. Jen said she was, but the former did not trust her that much. In contrast, she became irritated by Jen's overbearing behavior. Ramsay told her to taste her first risotto and said it had no seasoning when she sent it up. Ramsay asked her to start again, and she shifted some of the blame on her teammates. After that, she made one more risotto than needed and discouraged Ramsay. Later, Ramsay tasted her refire but spat it out due to having more garlic than normal. Ramsay drank water and told her to put on some make-up before putting Jen on appetizers. Still, she argued that she could look nice while cooking. The red team won the dinner service.[1]
Episode 2[]

After a night with very little sleep, the contestants were woken up the following morning by the Sous Chefs. They held megaphones and told them to get outside immediately. Arriving outside, Ramsay declared that any restaurant would have hit bankruptcy with all the food wasted on the previous night. Ramsay called over a dump truck and ordered them to take every wasted food and put it in the cylinders to give the chefs a better understanding of what they trashed last night. While they were going through garbage, Ramsay told Sharon not to let her make-up smudge. After a few minutes, Ramsay told them to get back in line up the stairs and declared they should be ashamed as they put thousands of dollars in the trash during the last service. Ramsay warned them to start giving a damn and told them to clean up and change.
During the 6-Ounce Halibut Challenge, Christina told Sharon to take her time as they had plenty of it. Still, she felt nervous as she did not want to cut herself. Jen was annoyed by her lack of skills, saying they had to tell her what to do. The red team lost the challenge after a tie at 41 each. They were punished by prepping the halibut, making all the fish stock, and maximizing every portion for the following dinner service.
During prep, Sharon showed her lack of knowledge due to mixing up recipes, and Corey had to tell her everything she needed to do. Christina said that the women had a problem with her as her lack of experience put them at a disadvantage. During dinner service, she was at the meat station. At one point, Ramsay saw she had cooked meat against raw meat and had to be gentle with her food. Christina became angry because if she were screwing up on meat, she would screw up on fish. When Christina tried to communicate to her about timings, Ramsay told the two that they were messing up the kitchen and said they looked like Barbie twins. Also, Ramsay told her that he was scared by her tongue out of her mouth as it made her look like the female version of Hannibal Lector. He told her to stick it back in her mouth and concentrate. Later, she failed to keep up with the orders as she forgot a beef. When Ramsay asked her if she talked to Christina, the latter said she did not as she assumed Christina would be ready. That led Ramsay to call her a showgirl instead of a cook. After a halibut dish cooked by Jason was sent back, Ramsay accused her of stopping and he shut down the restaurant.
The red team lost the service, and Corey was named "Best of the Worst". During deliberation, Jen threw Sharon's name around as a possible nominee. She was called Barbie by Jen yet again.
Sharon was not nominated by Corey. However, Ramsay eliminated her for two consecutive poor performances and did not believe she could run his West Hollywood restaurant. During her exit interview, she felt that Ramsay did not like her from the start but believed he had the wrong image of her and would not give up on her dream.[2]
Ramsay's comment: "Sharon clearly showed great attention to details. Unfortunately, it wasn't for her cooking; it was for her make-up."
