Season 23 of Hell's Kitchen (stylized Hell's Kitchen: Head Chefs Only) was announced as FOX renewed it for two more seasons, along with Season 24. It aired on FOX between September 26, 2024 and February 6, 2025. Executive Chef Kyle Timpson was the winner of the season and was awarded the Head Chef position at Hell's Kitchen Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut, with $250,000 salary.

		Episode Rundown: A red team member joined the blue team, pickling foods was the main theme, one chef continued to suffer punishments due to the punishment pass, both teams were a disaster in service once again, and Ramsay eliminated a chef for their lack of confidence.

		Episode Rundown: Burgers were the main dish, Ramsay had to talk a chef out of withdrawing due to missing their family, both teams recovered after the last service, and no one was sent home.

		Episode Rundown: One chef's expertise in pasta helped their team win the challenge, one team failed in the service and in the nominations, and Ramsay eliminated the weakest chef from the competition.

		Episode Rundown: One team continued their challenge hot streak, a chef considers leaving due to their past trauma returning, one team lost their composure during service, and Ramsay eliminates a chef he feels their team has given up on.

		Episode Rundown: One team bounces back after the other team chooses the wrong dish to cut during the challenge, five chefs cooked for their lives, and an early frontrunner makes a fatal mistake that shockingly sends them home.

		Episode Rundown: Both teams find their rhythms and perform well in the challenge, one losing team member used the Punishment Pass on a chef both teams are mixed towards, one team falls apart in communication and timing during the dinner service, and Ramsay eliminates the most inconsistent member on their team.

		Episode Rundown: One team dominates the other in the Blind Taste Test and gets a sweet reward, one chef tries to overcome their homesickness, both teams have a successful albeit rocky service, and Ramsay eliminated a chef who was over reliant on their teammates.

		Episode Rundown: One chef's cultural culinary background helps their team win the challenge, the losing team deals with one member's attitude problems, and the annual Charity Night put both teams' leadership skills to the test. After several issues encountered during the service, Ramsay decides to eliminate one member from each team.

		Episode Rundown: The final six chefs competed for a black jacket. Despite strong performances from every chef throughout the challenges, one was sent home for falling just short of their peers.
13		Episode 2313 - Five Comedians Walk Into Hell...	January 16, 2025
		Episode Rundown: The five black jackets face their first challenge by teaching comedians how to cook, two chefs enjoy a day shopping and further ignite their rivalry, and a front runner has their worst dinner service performance and is shockingly sent home.
14		Episode 2314 - Hell At The Pass	January 23, 2025
		Episode Rundown: The final four were tested on their tableside etiquette in the challenge and later took turns running the pass. During dinner service, one chef lost their cool, which cost them the competition.
15		Episode 2315 - One Hell of A Ride	January 30, 2025
		Episode Rundown: The remaining three chefs competed in their final challenge by preparing and cooking their own menus, where two of them were selected to continue while one was eliminated.
16		Episode 2316 - Hell's Finish Line	February 6, 2025
		Episode Rundown: Hannah and Kyle led their brigades in one final service before Ramsay crowned one of them the winner of Hell's Kitchen.

Trivia

• This is the second time a season is filmed outside its original location in Los Angeles, California, being filmed in the Foxwoods Casino Resort in Mashantucket, Connecticut.
• Sous Chef James returns as Sous Chef for the blue team, due to Sous Chef Jason opening new restaurants during the time of filming, which occurred in May-June 2024.
• This is the first season with Michelle Tribble as Sous Chef for the red team.
• This is the fourth season to have no winning team on opening night, following Seasons 8, 12, and 22.
• This is the second season since Season 14 where no male contestants were eliminated on opening night.
• This is the first season where three chefs were eliminated in a single episode.
• This is the first season where no nominations took place during the black jacket phase of the competition.
• This is the fourth season where none of the black jackets had previously switched teams following Seasons 3, 9, and 22.
• This season featured an updated design for the black jackets. They look similar to the head chef jackets seen throughout the show's history, but with the color denoted on the shoulders, throwing back to the previous jacket design used from Season 1 to Season 18.
• This season also features a new design for the head chefs jacket. Instead of them being white, they are dark gray with black accents with the Hell's Kitchen logo on the chest. They also have the HexClad monogram on the left arm.
