During the Signature Dish Challenge, Roe was the fifth person from the red team to have her dish judged by Ramsay and went up against Sterling. She made a Kobe beef filet, which Ramsay praised for its complexity, and she scored 4 points out of 5. The red team won the challenge 24-23, and they were rewarded with dinner at the Hotel Bel-Air cooked by Wolfgang Puck. During the reward, she said that things could not get better, before receiving a visit by Puck himself.

During dinner service, Roe was on the dessert station. She was not seen much, except when she told Janai to focus on her risotto after Ramsay sent the women to the pantry room. Both teams were named joint-losers, and they were asked to nominate two people each.

She was not nominated for elimination.[2]

Episode 3[]

Main article: Episode 1303 - 16 Chefs Compete

During the Jacket Challenge, Roe was forced to make a tart because Ashley could not figure out her recipe, which was supposed to be empanadas. Then, she reluctantly showed Denine where the vinegar was and said that it was only a burger she was making. She was the last person from the red team to have her dish judged and went up against Fernando in the empanada round. After Ramsay told her what the correct dish was, she lost the round to Fernando as her pastry had no filling in it. The red team lost the challenge 4-6, and they were punished by taking deliveries of 500 pounds of coffee, grinding them by hand, and prepping both kitchens for the next service.

During dinner service, Roe served a coffee-rubbed Kobe steak appetizer tableside. At one point, she went to Wendy Williams' table, but accidentally caused a small fire which she put out quickly, much to her embarrassment. The red team lost the service, and they were asked to nominate two people.

She was not nominated for elimination.[3]

Episode 4[]

Main article: Episode 1304 - 15 Chefs Compete

After Kalen sent overcooked scallops, Ramsay ordered both of them to sit at the chefs table, and eat their mistake, which she was not happy about. Later, she and Kalen were allowed back to work. While she sent an overcooked salmon, she revealed that she had two other portions fired for the next table, and got her refire accepted. The red team won the service.[4]

Episode 5[]

During the Protein Identification Challenge, Roe was paired with Katie, and they competed twice. On their first turn, they landed on the turkey parmesan and took four attempts to get it right. On their second turn, they landed on the duck potstickers but took eight attempts to get it correct. The red team eventually lost the challenge 7:41-7:07, and they were punished by taking deliveries of pizza ingredients, hand grating the cheese, and drinking a protein shake.

During the Family Night dinner service, Roe was on the garnish station. At one point, she almost sent the wrong garnishes until Sade stopped her, and did not respond to Ramsay's request for the fries until he asked three more times. The red team eventually lost the service, with Ramsay accusing her of being asleep, and they were asked to nominate two people.

Roe was not nominated for elimination despite being considered by Kalen.[5]

Episode 6[]

Main article: Episode 1306 - 13 Chefs Compete

During the Farm Animal Challenge, Roe was paired with Jennifer on the first part, and they got pork and potatoes. She was the last person from the red team to have her dish judged and presented her bone-in pork chop over a Brussel leaf hash. While the presentation was praised for being nice, it was criticized for being too boring, overly sweet due to the honey, and Ramsay felt that the garnish would have worked better with a different dish. She scored only 4 points out of 15, and the red team lost the challenge 25-28. They were punished by extracting all the bone marrow out of the bones for a ribeye special during the next service and making the stock.

During dinner service, Roe was on the appetizer station with Ashley. She did not appreciate Sade's vocal leadership and told her to keep quiet. When Allison Felix sat in the chefs' table, she did not pay attention as she was more concerned with Katie due to the latter being nominated once before. When she sent her risottos, Ramsay pointed out that she served unbalanced portions, and forced the women to refire their ticket. On Felix's table, she was slow on risottos, and when she did send it to the pass, it reeked of garlic. As a result, Ramsay kicked her and Katie out of the kitchen.

Both teams were named joint-losers, and they were asked to nominate two people each. During deliberation, Roe was considered by La Tasha, but she asked if they would work better without her than with Jennifer.

At elimination, Roe told Ramsay that the women did not come to an agreement, and that it was a tie between the pair of herself and Katie, and Sade and Jennifer. After a quick discussion, Roe was the red team's first nominee, with Katie being the second, and they joined Sterling and Steve from the blue team. During her plea, she said that she was a strong leader and only needed a readjustment period, but Ramsay told her that he did not have time for it. She survived elimination.[6]

Episode 7[]

After Katie's elimination, Roe welcomed Sterling as a new teammate, much to her dismay. Back in the dorms, she was fearing the impending dread of him being unbearable to work with due to his upbeat attitude.

During the Italian Cuisine Challenge, Roe competed against Frank, and their dish was cheese manicotti. During the cooking, she reminded Sterling that he was not special until he would prove it, and ordered him to cook. She was the fifth person from the red team to have her dish judged and presented her hot sausage and grilled eggplant manicotti. While it was praised for its presentation, she lost the round to Frank. The red team lost the challenge 2-3, and they were punished by prepping for the next service, breaking down squid for a black ink tagliatelle dish, and making pasta from scratch. During the punishment, she told Sterling to shut up as they were not there to socialize.

During prep, Roe warned Sterling that if he would ask one more question, she would stab him in the back. During the Italian Night dinner service, she was on the meat station. Despite considering her performance as redemption for her previous shaky performances, she sent blue steaks to the pass, and Ramsay accused her of not caring at all. Despite her accidentally tripping on her way to the pass, La Tasha managed to save the meat, and the Consulate’s entrées were finally sent.

Both teams were named joint-losers, and they were asked to nominate two people each. During deliberation, Roe was considered by Sade and La Tasha, but she stated that she only had one order of steak sent back, reminded how Sade dropped her pan in the dining room, and believed that the red team was intimidated by her strong start. However, La Tasha reminded that despite meat not bringing the kitchen down, it also showed how they did not have a perfect service, as the latter was starting to show mistakes since the last few ones.

Roe was the red team's second nominee for elimination, with Ashley being the first, and they joined Aaron and Steve from the blue team. During her plea, Ramsay noticed that it was her second nomination in a row, but she stated that her mistakes were not as bad as Sade dropping a pan in the dining room. However, Ramsay said that was not good enough, and reminded her that she started off strong, though she promised to do better. She survived elimination.[7]

During dinner service, Roe was on the appetizer station. She knew that she had to get the red team off to a strong start, and she and Sterling were able to get their first order accepted. When Steven Tyler sat at the chefs' table, she called it amazing as she was a huge Aerosmith fan. The red team lost the service, and while they were asked to nominate two people for elimination, Ramsay changed his mind, and she said goodbye to Frank, who was eliminated on-the-spot.[9]

During the reward, she felt that it was the perfect way to go into service.

During dinner service, Roe was on the fish station. When the team began working on entrées, a fire erupted on her station, though Ramsay was able to put it out quickly. Despite that, she had a strong performance, and the red team won the service by a mile.[10]

Episode 11[]

Main article: Episode 1311 - 8 Chefs Compete

During the Blind Taste Test, Roe was the first person from the red team to compete and went up against Santos. She only scored one point by correctly guessing prosciutto, resulting in La Tasha getting dunked once, and during Sterling's turn, she did not get dunked. When the score was tied at 4, she was chosen by the red team to compete in a sudden death round. After correctly guessing fennel, the red team won the challenge. They were rewarded with a day at the Santa Monica Pier, and lunch at The Lobster. During the reward, she was happy as it was the red team’s fourth consecutive win, and that they were killing the blue team.

During the closed VIP dinner service, Roe was in charge of the scallop risotto course. Ramsay noticed that the red team’s scallops were already seasoned, and while she said that she was trying to get ahead, Ramsay told her that it would make them dry, so she cleaned them off. Later, the red team found out that they were two servings short, and she was called a fucking idiot by Jennifer.

Both teams were named joint-losers, and they were asked to nominate two people each. During deliberation, Roe reminded Jennifer that she failed to score any points during the challenge. Also, she was considered by La Tasha, but while she felt the latter was threatened by her and that she was doing well in services, La Tasha reminded her that she got kicked out of an earlier one.

Roe was the red team's first nominee for elimination, with Sterling being the second, and they joined Fernando and Santos from the blue team. She survived elimination.[11]

Episode 12[]

Main article: Episode 1312 - 7 Chefs Compete

Back in the dorms, Roe revealed that her tolerance for Jennifer was very low, and wished that she would shut up after the latter arrogantly believed that she herself was the strongest chef on the red team.

During the Amuse Bouche Challenge, Roe considered telling Jennifer not to put prawn heads on her dish but decided to focus on her own performance. While she hoped that Jennifer’s prawn dish would be dropped, Sterling pushed to drop his, as he was not confident in it. She was the second person from the red team to have her dish judged and presented her seared ahi tuna with ginger and black garlic sauce. It was criticized for tasting very salty, the tuna not featured promptly, and she scored 4 points. After Jennifer's turn, she called her a fucking idiot after the latter received a mediocre score. The red team lost the challenge 16-23, and they were punished by taking in deliveries of coconuts and prepping them for the next service. Later that night, she told Sterling and La Tasha that she discovered the perfect timing to cook scallops, which was 40 seconds on each side.

During dinner service, Roe was on the appetizer station. When the red team was sent to the pantry room, she warned Sterling that if he would make one more mistake on scallops, she would be taking over. Then, when Sterling did screw up, she did what she told she would, and her scallops were accepted.

When both teams were lined up, Roe hugged Sterling goodbye after the latter was eliminated on-the-spot. Then, they were asked to nominate one person each. During deliberation, she considered Jennifer for getting confused on the tickets, and while she tried to argue that she had four strong services in a row, Jennifer felt otherwise.

Roe was the red team's nominee for elimination and joined Santos from the blue team. During her plea, she called herself the strongest chef on the red team and said that she regained her team’s confidence, but Ramsay pointed out that her being nominated was not a good sign. She survived elimination after receiving the second black jacket.[12]

Episode 13[]

Main article: Episode 1313 - 6 Chefs Compete

Back in the dorms, Roe felt that she earned her black jacket.

During the Presentation Challenge, Roe was torn between the ribeye and the filet, so she decided to use both as a dinner for two. When she saw La Tasha doing a high sear on her ribeye, she felt that it was not a good choice for that cut. She was one of the three chefs that passed the presentation round, and her ribeye and petit filet with Swiss chard was tasted. While it was praised for having a perfectly cooked tenderloin and smoky barbecue flavor, it was criticized for having an overpowering seasoning on the ribeye. Despite that, she won the challenge and was happy to have won a big reward.

Roe was rewarded with a photoshoot of herself and her dish, becoming the spokesperson of Omaha Steak, receiving a $1000 shopping spree at Surface for kitchen supplies, and another surprise later. At Surface, she was accompanied by Sous Chef James, and she was able to purchase a lot of equipment while remaining in the budget. Later, she met Marino, who revealed that the surprise was that her billboard was already up in Los Angeles, much to her amazement.

When Roe came back from her reward, she showed the chefs pictures of her billboard. During prep, she learned that her challenge winning dish was going to be featured on the menu, but despite trying to explain how to cook it, nobody paid attention, and Jennifer called her a fucking cocky bitch. During dinner service, she was on the meat station. While Santos warned her that her steak was undercooked, she sent it anyway, even though Bryant said that it felt under. However, she ignored Bryant and Jennifer, and sliced it, only for Ramsay to berate her for that mistake, and he said that he thought she would have nailed her own dish. Then, Bryant came to help her, she yelled at Santos for trying to help her, and blamed that there were too many shit cooks crowding her station.

When the chefs were lined up, Bryant was named "Best of the Worst". During deliberation, Roe tried to explain that she told Santos where everything was, Bryant reminded her that she should have owned up to her mistakes, and Santos called her the weakest link.

Roe was Bryant's first nominee for elimination, with Santos being the second. During her plea, Ramsay reminded her that it was her fifth nomination, before accusing her of having the billboard gone to her head. She said that she kept her composure, and felt that if anybody other than Santos would have helped her on meat, it would have been better as the latter did not do what she told him. She survived elimination, and while she was shocked that she survived her fifth nomination, she felt that if Ramsay kept her for that long, she might be the winner.[13]

Episode 14[]

Main article: Episode 1314 - 5 Chefs Compete

During the 40 Portions Glamping Challenge, Roe decided to make a grilled swordfish with a ginger carrot risotto, and wanted to win two challenges in a row. While she was in the top two with Bryant, she ultimately lost to him. She was punished by picking up dog poop at the Hollywood Hills, and sorting through the trash at Hell’s Kitchen. During the punishment, while she was not happy to be going dumpster diving, she was even more frustrated that she was so close to winning the challenge. Later, Jennifer was annoyed at her describing the dog poop, and she herself freaked out over seeing maggots in the trash.

During prep, Roe decided to take the lead and told everybody what to do, but Jennifer told her to mind her own fucking business. During dinner service, she was on the garnish station. Despite Ramsay asking her to help Jennifer on fish, the latter was not happy about that decision. She sent raw lobster and was told to wake up. While working on entrées, she sent her garnishes, but they were under-seasoned, and an annoyed Sade asked if she did not taste her food before sending it. When Sade brought her chicken, she did not bring her to refire, and was not communicating when Bryant and Ramsay asked for a time, with Bryant considering her done. While she did send her chicken garnish, she forgot to cook the lamb garnish, sent another under-seasoned attempt, and an annoyed Ramsay forced everybody to taste it, before ordering to start over.

When the chefs were lined up, they were asked to nominate two people for elimination. During deliberation, Roe was considered by Jennifer and Bryant, and was blamed by Jennifer for her presence causing her to forget the halibut garnish. While she told Jennifer that she should have known better, Bryant reminded her that communication from the garnish station was a big necessity, which Sade agreed with. However, she blamed Sade for talking to her when she was getting her garnishes ready, but the latter told her to take responsibility for her mistake and reminded her of them. However, she thought that Sade was acting better than she actually was, and considered her, along with Jennifer.

Roe was the second nominee for elimination, with Jennifer being the first. During her plea, Jennifer said that she could not work with her as she felt she could not communicate that well. However, she told Ramsay that she could have done anything Jennifer told her to do, but the latter said that she did not buy that, causing a dismayed Ramsay to confirm that they could not get it together. Then, she said that she understood the standards Ramsay was needing and wanted to uphold them, but Ramsay reminded her that it was a very critical service with only five chefs left. In the end, she was eliminated for her string of inconsistent performances, despite the fact that she had one of the strongest starts, but before she left, Ramsay told her that he appreciated her effort. She received a retrospective montage of her run during her exit interview. During her exit interview, she claimed to be better than Jennifer and was thankful not to be her.

Ramsay's comment: "Roe thought she would row, row, row herself into the final four. But her performance tonight in the kitchen put her up a creek with no paddles." [14]

Main article: Episode 1802 - A Fond Farewell

Roe, along with the other veterans, was in disguise when they arrived at Hell's Kitchen, unknown to the rookies. When they arrived at Hell's Kitchen, they were welcomed by Marino and the Sous Chefs and were given butternut squash risotto for lunch. She was the final veteran to reveal herself, and commented how difficult it was not winning Season 13, before recalling moments on her season where she was inconsistent, and warned the rookies, referring to them as Bambi’s, that they had no idea what they were in for.

During the Signature Dish Challenge, Roe decided to go up against Scott, and while she commented that his dish was not what she wanted, she wanted to beat him after his long intro earlier. She was the third person from the blue team to have her dish judged and presented her roasted black bass over root vegetables. It was criticized for having her bass scorched, and she scored 3 points. After Scotley revealed that he was voted the hottest chef in Atlanta, she reminded him that it was not a beauty contest. The blue team lost the challenge after a tie at 29, and they were punished by prepping both kitchens for the following service, shelling sunflower seeds, and prepping the mushroom duxelles. During the punishment, she felt that they were cleaning mushrooms for a long time, before complaining that she was going to be washing mushroom gunk off her fingers.[16]

Before the Creative Risotto Challenge, Roe knew how big having their own dish being on the menu was as that meant that Ramsay saw them as a higher level of chefs. When the Sous Chefs judged the dishes, she liked that idea as it could be to her benefit. After Gizzy presented a vegetarian risotto, she commented that the rookies do not understand that their dish may be on the menu for that season. She was the second veteran to have her dish judged by Ramsay and presented her carrot turmeric ginger risotto. However, Ramsay said that the rice was a tad too crunchy, and she failed to beat out Gizzy, losing the challenge in the process.

During dinner service, Roe served a shrimp and pasta appetizer tableside. She was not seen that night, the veterans won the service, and she felt that the rookies were beginning to realize where they were on the totem pole. After elimination, she claimed that the veterans had more knowledge than the rookies and that there were only seven left to take down.[17]

Episode 3[]

Main article: Episode 1803 - Hell's Riders

During the Marines Service Challenge, Roe was on the fish station with Trev. At one point, she expressed dismay after Heather's fries came back for being undercooked, as she thought as all-stars, they would be doing a lot better. Then, she sent up her fish, but Ramsay discovered that it was too soggy from being overcooked, berated the veterans for not communicating, and told Marino that they have given up, which he would not expect a marine to do. That struck a nerve for the veterans as she knew that they were better than that. The veterans lost the challenge, and they were punished by prepping squid for a calamari dish in that night’s service.

During dinner service, Roe was on the meat station with T. At one point, she was forced to keep her Wellingtons warm after Jen's mashed potatoes were under-seasoned and complained that they were in a standstill. Both teams were named joint-winners.[18]

Episode 4[]

Main article: Episode 1804 - Hell Freezes Over

Before the Winter Soup Challenge, Roe was nervous about the physical challenge and hoped that the veterans did not need walkers afterwards. She was paired up with Kevin, they were the final pair from the veterans to sled down, and they won a ten-second advantage. During the cooking, she decided to make a Vietnamese pho dish but knew how difficult it was to make a good pho broth in 45 minutes. When Brian Boitano was invited as a guest judge, she hoped that Boitano would give her a perfect score. She was the sixth person from the veterans to have her dish judged and presented her Vietnamese pho dish. It was criticized for lacking salt, body, and acidity, and she scored three points. The veterans lost the challenge 41-51, and they were punished by cleaning all 30 tons of the snow off the front entrance. Back at the dorms, she told Bret to let his disappointment go but got annoyed when he refused to.

During prep, Roe asked Trev if he needed help on the poached eggs. During dinner service, she was on the appetizer station with Heather. She was not seen much, except for feeling that the veterans needed to get back on track, both teams were named joint-losers, and they were asked to nominate two each.[19]

Roe was not nominated for elimination, but she said goodbye to Bret, Kevin, and Trev as they were reassigned to the red team, while welcoming Gizzy, Kanae, and Mia as new teammates as Ramsay decided to end the Rookies Vs. Veterans team format and bring back the battle of the sexes.

Episode 5[]

Main article: Episode 1805 - Fish Out of Water

During the Seven-Way Cooking Challenge, Roe was impressed that Ramsay had some cool friends after guest judge David Lefevre revealed himself. She received poaching as her cooking method, was the third person from the blue team to have her dish judged, and went up against Kevin. She made an IPA and butter-poached halibut, and while was praised for tasting flavorable, she lost that round to Kevin. The blue team won the challenge 5-3, they were rewarded with a VR experience at VR Territory, and received Vitamix blenders. During the reward, she said that it was very disorienting from the VR reality to the actual reality.

During dinner service, Roe was on the garnish station. She was not seen much, except for being told by T to give Gizzy an extra minute, and the blue team won the service.[20]

Episode 6[]

Main article: Episode 1806 - Hot Potato

During the Potato Challenge, Roe was the final person from the blue team to have her dish judged, which she called the worse, and went up against Bret. She made a gratin and steak dish and after being on the fence, she scored 8 points. The blue team lost the challenge after a tie at 40 each, and they were punished by prepping 100 pounds of potatoes for Steak Night. Back at the dorms, she reminded the women that while winning rewards were fun, services were more important, and during the punishment, she jokingly felt that there was a form of genocide happening.

Before the Steak Night dinner service Roe learned that Chris had departed and was left stunned, placing her hand on Heather's shoulder in shock. During dinner service, she was on the dessert station. She was not seen much, but when T refused to communicate with Heather, she felt that meat has completely given up, and asked how somebody could stop communicating with their station partner. The blue team lost the service, and they were asked to nominate two people for elimination. During deliberation, she recalled how Kanae had a rough start on the branzino.

Roe was not nominated for elimination, and while being dismissed, she felt that with the dead weight gone, referring to T, Ramsay would start to see the blue team at their best.[21]

Episode 7[]

Main article: Episode 1807 - Last Chef Standing

Before the Last Chef Standing Challenge, Roe felt that seeing the stock car do drifts in the parking lot put some pep inside herself. She was the first person from the blue team to leave the kitchen as her spaghetti dish was not hard to work on. When Bret's veal scaloppini was criticized, she was shocked as the former was supposed to be strong on Italian dishes. She was the fourth person from the blue team to have her dish judged by Ramsay, went up against Scotley, and presented her spaghetti and meatballs. It was praised for having soft meatballs, and she tied that round with Scotley. The red team won the challenge 4-3, and they were rewarded with a go-karting experience. When Scotley bitterly told the women to crash, she retorted that the men themselves crashed in the challenge.

Back at the dorms, Roe believes that the six women could do some serious damage come service, but recalled how Gizzy voluntarily sat out of the previous challenge, and feared that the latter was still going inside her head. Then, she reassured Gizzy that the confidence would come eventually, before commenting that they should treat the competition similarly to how a normal kitchen back home ran. After seeing the multiple farmers' markets stands, she agreed with Ramsay that those can lift up a chef’s creativity.

Because Roe was the first chef from the blue team to leave the kitchen, and the second overall, she was forced to participate in the Cook For Your Life Challenge along with Gizzy and Heather from her team, and Bret, Jose, and Scotley from the red team. During the cooking, she reminded Heather that it was an individual challenge, and was not going to waste her time on her swordfish dish for the former’s sake of trying to get a male chef eliminated. She was the first person to have her dish judged by Ramsay, was proud of her dish, and presented her grilled swordfish with crabapple and pomegranate sauce. It was praised for a beautiful presentation, and tasting good, but Ramsay was curious if it was better than the other five dishes. While she lost to both Bret and Heather respectively, her dish was deemed better than Gizzy's, she was the third chef sent up to safety, and she deemed herself the silent assassin.[22]

Episode 8[]

Main article: Episode 1808 - One Hell of a Party

Before the Tilly Sweet 16 Planning Challenge, a teenage picture of Roe was shown with her sporting braces and a seashell necklace. During the cooking, she wanted to plate her pesto in the shape of a T for Tilly. She was paired up with Kanae on the appetizer round, and went up against Motto and Scotley from the red team. She made pan-seared scallops with pesto, and while it was praised for the creativity of the pesto plating, it was criticized for the combination of ricotta cheese with the scallops, and her dish was not chosen. The blue team eventually won the challenge 4-2, and they were rewarded with a day at a Malibu mansion and received ice cream from an artisan food truck.

During Tilly's Sweet 16 dinner service, Roe was on the meat station. When entrées began, she felt comfortable being on meat as she had strong performances in the past, and deemed herself the meat queen. However, her New York striploin was not only improperly seared, but it was cold in the center. Later, she was pushing on her refire, but refire was raw once again, a pissed Ramsay brought the blue team into the pantry, and showed them that there was raw fat still on the steak. After returning to the kitchen, she was concerned that she was going to ruin Tilly’s night, and that it was the worst night to make a mistake. Despite that, she finally got the third attempt accepted.

The blue team lost the service, and they were asked to nominate two people for elimination. During deliberation, Roe was considered by everybody on the blue team for elimination, but she refused to go down like that, and considered Mia and Ariel for elimination as, despite a slow up on meat, she felt that fish had more problems on that, and told Ariel to own up her own mistakes. However, that lead to a bickering match between the two.

Roe was named the blue team's first nominee for elimination, with Mia as the second. During her plea, she said that she never gave up and wanted to finish that night, and when asked what separated her from Mia, she said that she was stronger than the former. Ramsay eliminated her for her poor performance on meat, despite having stronger nights on that station in the past. During her exit interview, she took her elimination with grace, was proud she did not give up that night but also knew that her mistakes overshadowed her good aspects that night.

Ramsay's comment: "Last time she was here, Roe was a tour de force on the meat station. But tonight, her performance left me as cold as her raw New York strip." [23]

Roe was one of the eight chefs who returned for the final dinner service. She was Mia's first pick, the first pick overall, and she was joined by Trev, Jose, and Heather. After being picked, she said that she was happy to work for Mia as the latter surprised everybody in the competition.[24] Back at the dorms, she remarked that Mia has proved a lot to everybody, before saying that she was rooting for the underdog.

During dinner service, Roe was on the fish station. She boasted that she was already on the winning brigade since Season 13, and that it would help Mia out, but the latter found out that the pork was raw. Then, she asked Heather to help her check the refires, but when Mia asked her for a time, she did not respond until she said one minute. Eventually, she got her refire accepted. Later, she sent up broken sea bass, leading her to feel that she was overcompensating. Mia decided to refire the entire table, with Heather accusing her of dropping the ball, and her refire was accepted soon after. After service, she that she would bleed Ramsay as she looked up to him. Mia would eventually lose the finals to Ariel.[25]

Quotes[]

Season 13[]

  • (About punishment) "It's going to be a long day. Princess Perfect Jennifer is going to be UNbearable!"
  • "All night Chef, all night."
  • (About facing off against Frank) "I moved out of Jersey to get away from boys like Frankie. But at the same time, who better to go up against than my fellow countryman?"
  • (About Frank being transferred to the Red Team) "To second chances! ...or third."
  • (About Sterling counting) "I hear Sterling counting to himself: One... Two... Three... We have discussed as a team: 40 Seconds should get a nice sear on the other side. Didn't really suggest to count to 40 out loud?"
  • (About Jennifer's idea to use prawn heads) "'Teamplayer Roe' would've been like: "Absolutely not. Don't put that head on a plate." But I really need to focus on my own performance."
  • (After being eliminated) "I definitely do not see myself as a weaker chef than Jennifer. I'm really proud of myself of what I've done here. I won the steaks challenge. I've had some amazing services. But I think past mistakes have haunted me. I definitely think Jennifer should be standing here right now, and I know in the back of my head, I'm just gonna wake up every day and thank God I'm not her."

Season 18[]

  • "I'm just taking these wellies for a walk around the kitchen."
  • (After being eliminated) "I'm proud I didn't shut down. I'm proud I never gave up. But the mistakes I did make were just too severe to counteract some of the good I did tonight. And I totally own that. Chef Ramsay shook my hand, looked me in my eye, and, uh, that's the best way you can go out of Hell's Kitchen."
