Marino Monferrato is the current maître d' of Hell's Kitchen, since Season 13.

Personality[]

As the Maître d'hôtel, Marino serves at the front of the house of Hell's Kitchen and would be the person handing out tickets to Ramsay more than often. If there is a tableside dish, he is also responsible for showing the assigned chefs how to make it. Unlike the two previous maître d's, Jean-Philippe and James, Marino is significantly more laid-back, as seen from his general interactions with the chefs, including when they were making mistakes.
