Main article: Episode 1901 - Welcome To Vegas
Main article: Episode 1902 - Shrimply Spectacular

The eighteen new chefs arrived at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas as Ramsay wanted them to see the first official Hell's Kitchen Restaurant. Marino greeted the chefs at the front doors and took them inside the restaurant. As the chefs drank champagne, they got to know each other. Eventually, Ramsay came in, explained that the Hell's Kitchen Restaurant was built on the show's eighteen-season legacy, and revealed that it was one of the highest-grossing restaurants in America. Ramsay revealed that he brought them to the restaurant for inspiration because the winner of that season would become the Head Chef at the brand-new Hell's Kitchen Restaurant in Lake Tahoe. Ramsay admitted that they would not be competing in the real Hell's Kitchen restaurant due to the demand, so they would be going to Los Angeles to compete. The chefs returned to the bus to head to the airport as Marino handed out the tickets, and once arriving at the strip, they see a helicopter revving up, with Ramsay taking it and flying off. After some time, the chefs were called in for boarding, but as the chefs walked through the doors, they found themselves standing inside the restaurant. Then, Ramsay appeared in his chef jacket, revealed that for the first time in the show's history, Hell's Kitchen would take place in Las Vegas and had some performers do some shows for the chefs. While the chefs could not do any of the tricks they saw, they reaffirmed that they could indeed cook to Ramsay.

Before the Signature Dish Challenge, Jordan revealed that her dish was roasted sea bass but was forced to scrap it after the challenge's changes, angering her as she had planned for nothing. She was paired up against Adam, they were the final pair to play for their ingredients, and they received rack of lamb, mushrooms, and polenta, with her saying that she cooked her wife a rack of lamb on their first date. After seeing Kori scored 4 points, she was glad to have the former on her team for now before she beated her later. She was the eighth person from the red team to have her dish judged by Ramsay and presented her miso lamb. It was praised for being delicious but criticized for looking stuck together, and she scored three points.

The red team lost the challenge 27-28, and they were punished by cleaning the Caesar Palace's fountain. During the punishment, Jordan made a bright spot of their situation that they got to clean the statues of hell, making Fabiola and Mary Lou laugh. However, Amber was not happy that the three were not taking the punishment seriously, and Sous Chef Christina called them out for making light of their situation. Later that night, at 11:30 PM, the women completed their punishment and were back at their bedroom studying the menu. She recalled how Sous Chef Christina called her out on having fun on the statue, but Amber was on the Sous Chef's side and sarcastically asked what they were doing. Amber felt some people did not deserve to be in Hell's Kitchen and told her that she should have treated the punishment as it was. However, she told Amber to relax as they were trying to have fun.[1]

During the Creative Shrimp Challenge, Jordan presented her tiger shrimp dish to Sous Chef Christina. She was called as one of the two chefs from the red team that produced the worst dishes, Nikki being the second, they were joined by Eliott and Kenneth from the blue team, and she felt she was blindsided by a truck. She was the third chef to have her dish judged by Ramsay and presented her tiger shrimp with garlic Berblanc. Ramsay called the presentation bleak that contained undercooked shrimp, and she was embarrassed that she made a rookie mistake like that. Fortunately for her, Eliott's dish was still the worse, and she survived elimination.

During dinner service, Jordan was on the garnish station with Brittani. She was not seen that night, and the red team won the service.[2]

Episode 3[]

Main article: Episode 1903 - Hell Caesar!

Before the Caesar Salad Challenge, Jordan had no idea who Caesar Cardini was. She was seen getting one attempt accepted, and she claimed she could see the finish line. The red team won the challenge 10-8, and they were rewarded with a dune buggy experience in the Nevada desert. During the reward, she was happy to do everything in a dune buggy without tipping over.

Before dinner service, Jordan showed off her samurai bun that she deemed better than Marc's man bun. When it was announced that the red team would be hosting Apolo Ohno, she called him adorable. During dinner service, she was on the meat station with Lauren. At one point, she did not pay attention to Ramsay's call-out and incorrectly called out two lamb and two New York striploins when it was two salmon and two New York striploin. Ramsay warned her not to giggle and fuck around, but she was not on time with Syann, with Mary Lou seeing her die inside and getting overwhelmed. Then, she told Syann to hold off on the salmon as she needed seven minutes on the steak, but Ramsay was not happy that she screwed her team's pacing up, with Mary Lou knowing that Ramsay did not want to look like an asshole. While Nikki said that the garnish was not up on the pass yet, she walked the steaks up to the pass, leading Ramsay to accuse her of being selfish. Ramsay ordered her to be a team player, while she was annoyed at herself for that mistake as the order went out. While working on Ohno's order, Mary Lou was called over to help Lauren on meat, but when a befuddled Ramsay asked the latter and her what was going on, Lauren only responded with "yes chef" instead of a proper answer, while she went silent yet again until Mary Lou prompted her. That left Kori furious at her lack of communication skills, and felt that Ohno was looking at them like a couple of dumbasses. Then, she walked up a New York striploin when a Wellington was ordered, much to Nikki's confusion, and Ramsay told them about their embarrassing mistake. Then, to add more insult, the duck that was on order was raw to the point Ramsay said it was quacking. Finally having enough, Ramsay kicked the women out of service and ordered them to name two nominees for elimination. As the women walked back to the dorms, she deemed her performance pathetic but felt that Lauren did not deserve to stay as the latter never worked in a brigade before now due to being lost all night. The red team lost the service, and they were asked to nominate two people for elimination. During deliberation, she nominated Nikki based on her lack of experience.

Jordan was not nominated for elimination, but Ramsay called her and Fabiola up instead of the initial nominees, Lauren and Nikki, as they both took the women down that night. During her plea, Ramsay reminded her about the raw duck, but she claimed she had more to show. When Ramsay accused her of not being a team player, she said she could be if she were not in her head. She survived elimination, and while being dismissed, she was thankful Ramsay saw some fight in her and claimed she would quit cooking if she was eliminated.[3]

Episode 4[]

Main article: Episode 1904 - Wedding Bells In Hell

During the Wedding Brunch Service Challenge, Jordan was the red team's expediter. She struggled to dictate to the women what she wanted, and Kori noticed that she got flustered when it came to multiple items. She frantically plated the dishes as she did not want to fuck up somebody's wedding day, but she soon became more confident on the pass as the women served their entrées. The red team won the challenge, and they were rewarded with an overnight trip to Lake Tahoe, where they would ride snowmobiles in the mountains and stay at the Harrah's Hotel and Casino.

Before dinner service, Jordan said goodbye to Amber as the latter was reassigned to the blue team. During dinner service, she was on the appetizer station with Syann. She told Ramsay that her risotto was ready, but after seeing Syann struggle on flatbreads, she took over. However, Lauren told her not to put basil leaves on top of them, and she had help from almost everybody from the red team to make the flatbread. Despite that, the women were able to send their order out. Both teams were named joint losers, and they were asked to nominate two each.

She was not nominated for elimination.[4]

Episode 5[]

Main article: Episode 1905 - Hell Starts Taking Its Toll

During the Mexican Cuisine Challenge, Jordan was paired up with Lauren, they went with the tostadas, and while gathering their ingredients, she was seen moving her cow into the pen due to being from Texas. They were the third pair from the red team to have their dish judged, and they went up against the pair of Marc and Amber. They made a steak tostada, Aarón Sanchez praised them for staying true to the ingredients, and both pairs tied that round. The red team lost the challenge after a tie at two each, and they were punished by cleaning the animals in the pen, scoop up the manure, and clean up the hay bales before that night's dinner service.

During dinner service, Jordan was on the fish station with Syann. She was not seen that night, and while both teams were named joint winners, Ramsay asked them to nominate one each. During deliberation, she said that Lauren's weak point was dinner services.

She was not nominated for elimination.[5]

Episode 6[]

Main article: Episode 1906 - Metal & Marina

During the Modern Italian Cuisine Challenge, Jordan decided to go up against Cody, and their dish was seafood risotto. During the cooking, she felt that cooking a risotto in 45 minutes would be a challenge and tried to push herself to cook it. Then, she was surprised that the former never rolled pasta before despite claiming to have a lot of experience. She was the fifth person from the red team to have her dish judged and presented her arancini risotto. It was criticized for being undercooked, and she scored four guitars. However, she disagreed with the judge's opinion as she would have cooked it longer if it were undercooked and called it bullshit.

The red team lost the challenge 28-33, and they were punished by making hand-made pasta, prepping tomatoes, and making pesto. While going back to the dorms, Jordan knew the team lost together, but the judge's criticisms still pissed her about her dish. While Kori tried to calm her down, she snapped that they should all leave her alone. When the red team cleaned up for prep, Syann reminded her they were the top six chefs of the red team in hopes it would make her feel better, but she was struggling as she felt the need to drink despite being six months sober. Kori told her she must promise not to break her sobriety over the competition no matter what. She tearfully promises Kori that she would remain strong, even after the latter, and Syann promised to kick her ass if she did.

During the Italian Night dinner service, Jordan was on the fish station. At one point, she was still upset about the challenge results, but she tried to clear her head for the moment, only to cause a fire on her flat top. While Kori put her spaghetti in and said she needed four minutes, Ramsay revealed that she put her scallops in earlier despite needing two minutes of cooking. She admitted that she did not talk to Kori before dropping her scallops, and an angry Ramsay tossed the scallops into the trash bin. In response, she left the kitchen despite Kori telling her to tough it up, but she decided to go back and try to bounce back while proving to everybody she was not an idiot sandwich. While Mary Lou offered to help her out, the former could tell by her raised eyebrow she was in no mood to talk. Despite that, she got her scallops accepted, much to her relief. The red team won the service, making her happy that none of them were going home.

After elimination, Jordan apologized to Josh for being eliminated on his birthday as everybody was dropping like flies.[6]

Episode 7[]

Main article: Episode 1907 - A Pair Of Aces

Back at the dorms, Amber commented on how Syann knew how to use her hands, and Jordan remarked that the latter used to be a lesbian, which she did not understand how Syann could convert back.

During the Protein Identification Challenge, Jordan was paired up with Syann, they were the final pair from the red team to compete, and they grabbed squab and snapper tacos. They grabbed venison and snapper for their first attempt, only to get it half right. She and Syann tried snapper and elk for their second attempt, but the results stayed the same, and again for veal and snapper. After four failed attempts, they ended up grabbing random meat proteins to pair up with the snapper, only to fail each time. Eventually, they finally grabbed squab, and it was correct after ten attempts. The red team won the challenge after the blue team failed to beat their time of 8 minutes and 46 seconds, and they were rewarded with a flow riding experience on top of the Planet Hollywood roof, making her feel pumped to hang ten.

During dinner service, Jordan was on the meat station with Nikki. At one point, most of the red team had their entrées ready with her getting praise for the Wellington and the lamb, but Syann said that she needed two minutes on the salmon and told meat about it. However, she said that happened two minutes ago, leading Ramsay to ask Syann where the salmon was. On their next order, she felt that she and Nikki were vibing, but they ended up walking up a lamb and New York striploins instead of the requested Wellington. While she claimed she had misheard the order, Syann said she was not ready for that ticket yet, and neither was Kori. Syann had no idea why she was sending up the wrong meat as the former was already in the weeds. The same mistake happened again, but she felt that Kori fucked them and refused to take fire for something she did not do wrong on as the red team was now dragging on poor communication. Afterwards, the meat station served overcooked steak, and it was one of the three mistakes that got the red team cooked out of the kitchen.

The red team lost the service, and they were asked to nominate two people for elimination. During deliberation, Jordan thought she did well that night, even though Syann reminded her that she sent up meat for the next ticket and accused her of not taking accountability for it. However, she called it bullshit as Kori could not pull it together.

Jordan was not nominated for elimination, but Ramsay called her up alongside Syann as he rejected Kori as a nominee. During her plea, she said she had a lot of fightback despite putting up meat earlier than normal, but when Ramsay asked her how that happened, she blamed Kori's miscommunication. However, Kori said that she called out two minutes for the refired order for the current ticket, which Ramsay claimed to have heard earlier. During Syann's plea, the former said she was better than her. Despite that, she survived elimination, and while being dismissed, she felt she did not deserve to be nominated as she was not the worst cook that night and hoped Ramsay would see her resilience as she had more things to do.[7]

Episode 8[]

Main article: Episode 1908 - Crapping Out in Hell

Back at the dorms, Jordan acknowledged that she made mistakes that night, but she refused to believe she was the weakest chef that night as she was dragged down by both garnish and fish and grew frustrated by the people who were flying under the radar. As she continued to bitch about that night to everybody, Lauren told her to let it go and snap out of it, while Declan could not vouch for her because he was not in the red kitchen that night.

During the Craps Challenge, Jordan rolled a T and picked Thai Chili, something Nikki wanted as it fitted well with their ingredients. During the cooking, she decided to make fish and chips, hoping Ramsay liked her flair as she planned on redeeming herself. She was the second person from the red team to have her dish judged by Ramsay and presented her monkfish and chips dish with miso rice tots. Ramsay liked the flair of the dish so much, along with the out-of-the-box idea, and he gave her 4 points. That made her happy as she proved to herself she deserved to be here. After seeing Amber and Marc score two points each, she knew that the only way the blue team could tie them was to score three perfect fives. However, after seeing Cody and Adam score perfect 5's, she got pissed off as Ramsay was giving out fives like candy.

The red team lost the challenge after a tie at 19 each, and they were punished by prepping Wellingtons for both the restaurant and for Gordon Ramsay Steak, which included prepping the mushrooms for the duxelle. During the punishment, Jordan said they had more mushrooms than she had body masks.

Later that day, Ramsay gave Nikki the responsibility of interviewing the red team and naming two nominees. Back at the dorms, Nikki told Jordan that while she was a strong cook, she also felt that she shuts down whenever she got into her head or was confronted by a negative experience. However, she got pissed by that as she vented to Nikki on how she was surrounded by people who had thirty-plus years of experience compared to her two, but the latter knew that her outburst only proved her point.

Jordan was Nikki's second nominee, with Lauren as the first, and they joined Marc and Amber in the Cook For Your Life Challenge. While she showed some anger for being nominated, Ramsay reminded her that there would be more difficult decisions to make in Lake Tahoe than what they were about to cook. So, she tried to put her emotions aside as she did not want to go home. During the cooking, she said it was do or die as she had no room for errors on her plate and tried to focus on her dish while hearing Lauren speak out loud, much to her irritation as she needed to focus. Then, she called the challenge the most intense thing she has ever done, which beated out fire school. She was the third person to have her dish judged by Ramsay, she felt it was a baller and presented her mushroom rubbed filet with parsnip and potato purée and an apple cider drizzle. While Ramsay loved the taste of the rub, he felt the meat was dry as she sliced it during plating. That dismayed her as she compared her situation to a classic show trap, being confident before having the rug pulled under her. When it was just her and Lauren left, she said she was not ready to go home. Ramsay eventually told her she was safe and had earned the right to stay. She was the final chef sent up to safety, and as she went back to the dorms, she said they could not get rid of her yet as she felt like a champion.[8]

Episode 9[]

Main article: Episode 1909 - Blind Taste Test

Continuing from the previous episode, Jordan's return to the dorms was met with cheering from everybody as she felt incredibly good to stay despite being on the chopping block four times now.

During the Blind Taste Test, Jordan had high hopes for Nikki's palate, but the latter's poor performance led her to get all three punishments. Afterwards, she swore that she would beat up Nikki for putting the red team in the hole. She was the fourth person from the red team to compete and went up against Cody. She could only get celery and pineapple, leading Mary Lou to receive the ice cream dunk. The red team lost the challenge 8-10, and they were punished by taking in delivery of beef and prepping them for Steak Night. As they left to clean off, Ramsay asked what happened to her because she received all the punishments, and she blamed Nikki for that and complained that she had chocolate everywhere. During the punishment, she was still salty over their loss.

During the Steak Night dinner service, Jordan was on the appetizer station. The red team received their first order as she knew there was nowhere left to hide now that they were down to four members. She coordinated well with Nikki on the appetizer timings, and they got their first dishes accepted. The red team won the service.[9]

Episode 10[]

Main article: Episode 1910 - There's Something About Marc

During the Five Protein Burger Challenge, Jordan was named the red team's referee as Kori believed she could think fast on her feet. Near the end of part one, she felt that ninety seconds went by too quickly. During the cooking, she cooked the chicken burger and decided to deep fry an avocado for her burger as she decided to bring out the Texas inside herself, and said that it took skill to make sure deep-fried items did not taste greasy. She was the first person from the red team to have her dish judged and went up against Declan. She presented her chicken burger with bacon, mushroom, fried avocado, and mixed greens, and Laurent Tourondel found it interesting that she fried the avocado. Ramsay loved the crunch of the dish after tasting it, but he and Tourondel agreed that it was a touch too salty and too peppery. Despite that, she scored that round over Declan, and the red team won the challenge 3-2. They were rewarded with a trip to Dig This, which included crushing cars in a construction site. As the red team went up to change, she said that women could make burgers, and during the reward, she called it a childhood dream to smash cars.

Before dinner service, Jordan decided to go to the garnish station. She was not seen that night, and the red team won the service.[10]

Episode 11[]

Main article: Episode 1911 - Sink or Swim

During the Spells Kitchen Challenge, Jordan went up twice during part one. On her first attempt, she got parsnip, and on her second attempt, she got celery root. During the cooking, she cooked the veal chop and was worried that her veal chop could be undercooked due to its thickness, but Kori suggested that she flash it in butter. She was the second person to have her dish judged by Ramsay, went up against Declan, and presented her veal chop with roasted parsnips, and broccolini served over white cheddar polenta. It was praised for a beautiful cook but criticized for inconsistent sizing of the parsnips, and she tied that round with Declan. The red team lost the challenge 2-3, and they were punished by baking 600 twill cookies. Back at the dorms, she and Kori were seen comforting Mary Lou, and during the punishment, she operated the oven.

Before the Charity Night dinner service, Jordan said how important music was to her because it helped her through school while her mother was in prison. She was in charge of the pan-roasted filet course, said that course would be the most challenging of them all as they needed to make sure the steaks all had the right temperatures. While Jordan went to the pass to begin plating, she told the women to bring up the filets when they were ready. Later, she was too focused on plating rather than checking on the filet's temperatures, which displeased Ramsay. Then, Nikki said that one of the filets felt rare, and Ramsay sliced into one to confirm her fear. Ramsay reminded her this was her course, but instead of checking her dishes, she focused more on plating. She said that she cooked extras if that happened but was mad that her teammates could not cook a fucking steak for her after she busted her ass for her. Kori felt that she should be mad at them for screwing her, but Nikki felt she should stop blaming others for her lack of leadership. Eventually, the red team got the course out, but she was fed up with getting yelled at over mistakes she never committed and felt they should have kept Lauren around for that. As she stormed off to cool her head, Nikki reminded her that it was her responsibility to check over her work, and it was her fault for failing to do that.

Both teams were named joint losers, and Ramsay asked them to nominate one each. During deliberation, Jordan felt that things would have been fine if they did not have a breakdown in communication, but Kori reminded her that she had to own her courses and was reminded how she failed to touch the steaks before they went out. She retorted that she asked them to send them to her, not plate them, and asked why she was getting most of the blame when Nikki could not count that night. Later, she called it a big clusterfuck.

Jordan was the red team's nominee based on the lack of delegation, but she argued that she told the red team to bring it to her. Despite that, she was called up alongside Amber from the blue team. During her plea, she said she was screwed by her team not listening to her and said she had the fight to continue. She was eliminated for failing to step up as a leader that night, but Ramsay praised her for progressing far from the beginning. During her exit interview, she said that leaving sucked but was ready to make peace with it as she was a soldier like Ramsay said.

Ramsay's comment: "Jordan soldiered through many battles in Hell's Kitchen. But tonight, she lost the war." [11]

Jordan was one of the seven chefs that returned for the final dinner service.[12] She was Kori's second pick, after Declan, and was followed by Adam and Marc. Back at the dorms, she told Marc to relax as it was Kori's reputation on the line, and she was assigned to meat.

During prep, Jordan asked Kori about the sweet potato purée, but when Marc said he just made it, she was frustrated because he did not tell her earlier. During dinner service, she was on the meat station. At one point, she said she was not here for herself anymore but for Kori, and called her a rock for the red team, wanting to return the favor. However, one of the filets she served was rare, frustrating Declan and Marc as the latter felt she was shutting down. She served her refire, but Kori found out it was rare after slicing into it. Afterwards, Kori told Declan to help her with meat, and he was able to get his attempt accepted. Kori eventually won the finale over Mary Lou.[13]
