- Main article: Episode 1902 - Shrimply Spectacular
The eighteen new chefs arrived at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas as Ramsay wanted them to see the first official Hell's Kitchen Restaurant. Marino greeted the chefs at the front doors and took them inside the restaurant. As the chefs drank champagne, they got to know each other. Eventually, Ramsay came in, explained that the Hell's Kitchen Restaurant was built on the show's eighteen-season legacy, and revealed that it was one of the highest-grossing restaurants in America. Ramsay revealed that he brought them to the restaurant for inspiration because the winner of that season would become the Head Chef at the brand-new Hell's Kitchen Restaurant in Lake Taho. Ramsay admitted that they would not be competing in the real Hell's Kitchen restaurant due to the demand, so they would be going to Los Angeles to compete. The chefs returned to the bus to head to the airport, Marino handed out the tickets, and once arriving at the strip, they see a helicopter revving up, with Ramsay taking it and flying off. After some time, the chefs were called in for boarding, but as the chefs walked through the doors, they found themselves standing inside the restaurant, much to Fabiola's confusion. Then, Ramsay appeared in his chef jacket, revealed that for the first time in the show's history, Hell's Kitchen would take place in Las Vegas and had some performers do some shows for the chefs. While the chefs could not do any of the tricks they saw, they reaffirmed that they could indeed cook to Ramsay.
During the Signature Dish Challenge, Fabiola went up against Josh, they were the eighth pair to play for their ingredients, and they received scallops, swiss chard, and Jasmine rice, making her feel fucking stoked as she dealt with seafood a lot. During the cooking, Mary Lou asked her if rice was a two to one ratio. She was the eighth person from the red team to have her dish judged by Ramsay. She made scallops and coconut cream rice and scored a strong three. The red team lost the service 27-28, and they were punished by cleaning the Caesar Palace's fountain. During the punishment, Jordan made a bright spot of their situation that they got to clean the statues of hell, making her and Mary Lou laugh. However, Amber was not happy that the three were not taking the punishment seriously, and Sous Chef Christina called them out for making light of their situation.[1]
During the Creative Shrimp Challenge, Fabiola created an unknown dish. She lost the challenge as Sous Chef Christina did not call her as one of the top three people from the red team.
During dinner service, Fabiola was on the meat station with Mary Lou. She was not seen that night, and the red team won the service.[2]
Episode 3[]
- Main article: Episode 1903 - Hell Caesar!
During the Caesar Salad Challenge, Fabiola was seen getting one attempt accepted by Ramsay. The red team won the challenge 10-8, and they were rewarded with a dune buggy experience in the Nevada desert. During the reward, she drove the dune buggy, and Nikki saw her tear through the sand.
When the red team came back from their reward, Fabiola was in a breakdown, demanding she leave the SUV as the medical team came to check on her. As the women took her back inside, she was hysterical and tipped the camera down to the ground, leaving Nikki confused as she wondered what happened in between the reward and now. Once inside, the medic diagnosis her condition as dehydration but felt that she was feeling a little better. Meanwhile, the rest of the women were upstairs changing as Nikki hoped she would get her head on straight as the latter must be in the kitchen no matter her health. At 4 pm, she apologized for her rude behavior earlier due to her sickness, but Lauren had nothing nice to say about her as she did not know what was going on in her head. Then, she asked for help so she could go back to the bedroom, and as Lauren helped her out, Kori called bullshit on her. She did not come down for prep as she continued to rest at the dorms, but she became well enough to join the red team during the briefing. She told Ramsay that she felt better now before proclaiming that she was going to do her best.
During dinner service, Fabiola was on the appetizer station with Brittani. On their first order, her flatbread came out raw, and she took the blame for it by calling herself a shit bag. While Kori tried to calm her down, she tried to get through the refire, only to mess up on rolling out the dough. While Kori tried to work with her, the former warned her that if she continued to screw up, she would step over her work and do it for her. Later, she sent up her refire, but that time, it came out burnt, causing Ramsay to show it to the women. She tossed it into the trash without tasting it because she knew it was fucked up, but Ramsay asked if it was okay to serve it to the customers then. As the women tried to rebound from that mistake, Lauren called her a hot mess in the kitchen, both physically and mentally. Despite that, her third attempt was accepted. The red team lost the service, and they were asked to nominate two people for elimination. During deliberation, she was considered for elimination by Lauren for struggling on the flatbreads, with Syann, Kori, and Nikki agreeing with that notion later on.
Fabiola was not nominated for elimination, but Ramsay called her and Jordan down after rejecting Lauren and Nikki, as she was one of the two people who bought the red team down. Ramsay reminded her about her problems on the flatbread during her plea, but while she claimed she could keep fighting, Ramsay asked her what would have happened if he missed the flatbread. That question caused her to hang her head down in shame as she could not answer that. She was eliminated for her poor performance on appetizers and out of concern for her health. During her exit interview, she wished that she were in better health and was embarrassed about her poor performance, just before kneeling as a medic held her.
Ramsay's comment: "To be my Head Chef, you need to have passion, leadership, and great skills. Fabiola had passion, and not much else." [3]
