- Main article: Episode 1902 - Shrimply Spectacular
The eighteen new chefs arrived at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas as Ramsay wanted them to see the first official Hell's Kitchen Restaurant. Marino greeted the chefs at the front doors and took them inside the restaurant. As the chefs drank champagne, they got to know each other. Eventually, Ramsay came in, explained that the Hell's Kitchen Restaurant was built on the show's eighteen-season legacy, and revealed that it was one of the highest-grossing restaurants in America. Ramsay revealed that he brought them to the restaurant for inspiration because the winner of that season would become the Head Chef at the brand-new Hell's Kitchen Restaurant in Lake Tahoe. Ramsay admitted that they would not be competing in the real Hell's Kitchen restaurant due to the demand, so they would be going to Los Angeles to compete. The chefs returned to the bus to head to the airport, Marino handed out the tickets, and once arriving at the strip, they see a helicopter revving up. Drew hoped they got to ride in one, but Ramsay took it and flew off. After some time, the chefs were called in for boarding, but as the chefs walked through the doors, they found themselves standing inside the restaurant. Then, Ramsay appeared in his chef jacket, revealed that for the first time in the show's history, Hell's Kitchen would take place in Las Vegas and had some performers do some shows for the chefs. As they watch them, he got dizzy from the roller skate performers. While the chefs could not do any of the tricks they saw, they reaffirmed that they could indeed cook to Ramsay.
During the Signature Dish Challenge, Drew was paired up against Lauren, they were the third pair to play for their ingredients, and they received halibut, spinach, and fettuccine. During the cooking, he promised Sous Chef Jason that they would not lose. He was the sixth person from the blue team to have his dish judged by Ramsay and presented his halibut with pesto sauce. Ramsay had him, and Lauren taste the pasta, and both agreed that it lacked salt, causing him to score 2 points.
The blue team won the challenge 28-27, and they were rewarded with dinner at Gordon Ramsay's Steak with Ramsay himself joining them and riding on the High Roller. As the men left for their reward, they walked past the women as Drew arrogantly said "bye Felicia" to them as they would eat dinner with Ramsay. During the reward, he asked Ramsay why he pursued cooking, and the latter said it was based on both a knee injury that cost him his soccer career and trying to support his family due to the hardships they faced from his mother's divorce and his brother's heroin addiction. Later that night, at 1:45 AM, most of the men were awakened by Kenneth's loud snoring, and he offered five dollars to anybody who stabbed him.[1]
During the Creative Shrimp Challenge, Drew made an unknown dish, and he lost the challenge as he was not called as part of the top three.
During dinner service, Drew was on the meat station with Peter. He said that he knew how to cook meat due to being a father and was confident that he and Peter would nail it. He and Peter walked their meat up, but Ramsay saw that the duck Peter cooked was overcooked and too firm to the touch. While cooking their refire, he told Peter to refire the duck again because it was about to overcook, but he forgot to put the lamb in when Ramsay asked about it. Ramsay got pissed by that, and Marc said cooking was not rocket science. He told Cody that his lamb will be ready in three minutes, but the latter hoped it was a realistic three minutes, much to his irritation. When he asked the garnish station for a time, Eliott did not respond to his questions, and then, he walked up the refire. The lamb came out raw, and a pissed Ramsay showed it to them. Fed up with the mistakes of him and Peter, along with Eliott's lack of help amongst his team, Ramsay kicked the three men out of the kitchen. While going back to the dorms, he was pissed that he could not complete the first service and punched the bathroom stall, hurting his hand as a result.
The blue team lost the service, Ramsay reminded Drew of how he served raw lamb, and they were asked to nominate two people for elimination. During deliberation, Josh reminded him about his raw lamb, but while he had no excuse for his raw lamb, he promised that it would not happen again and reminded Peter of his problems on the duck. Marc agreed with him as he saw Peter fuck them over.
Drew was the blue team's first nominee for elimination, with Eliott as the second. During his plea, Ramsay asked him what happened to the meat station's teamwork, and he said it went out the window but said that despite having a poor service, he had more to prove. Ramsay asked him if he was better than Eliott, and he said he could perform better than the latter. He survived elimination, and while being dismissed, he called it an eye-opener to being nominated and said he had a lot more to show than what his teammates saw so far.[2]
Episode 3[]
- Main article: Episode 1903 - Hell Caesar!
While going back to the dorms, Drew was terrified about his fate as his best has yet to show and felt the men would deem him a weak link.
During the Caesar Salad Challenge, Drew went off on his scooter but lost his balance and dropped the croutons, forcing him to go back to the start. He was able to get his first proper attempt accepted, but the blue team lost the challenge 8-10. They were punished by prepping and peeling Scotch quail eggs for Ramsay's Caesar salad dish as it would be featured in that night's service. During the punishment, he broke an egg due to his big hands, and Declan and Adam made a "that's what she said" joke in response. Later in the punishment, he had only two eggs peeled.
During dinner service, Drew was on the appetizer station with Declan. The men received their first order, and he felt that the men were amped up while expressing confidence in both himself and Declan. However, his pants soon started to sag down to reveal his butt crack, embarrassing both Ramsay and Declan as it was in front of the chefs' table. The blue team won the service, and after eliminations, Ramsay asked him if he had a belt to wear before telling him to get one when he said he did not.[3]
Episode 4[]

Back at the dorms, most of the chefs were trying to relax and unwind after dinner service, but Drew was visibly in pain while sitting down. He revealed that his body has not great for the past few days and complained about getting cramps all over his body. Feeling that the pain was too much for him to handle, he went to the medic and explained that he has been experiencing full-body cramps, headaches and revealed that he nearly passed out earlier that day. The medic decided to take him to the hospital for a more proper diagnosis, and he could only think about his kids, telling Ramsay that he is more concerned about his health by that point. He left for the hospital in an ambulance, and Marc and Josh hope he would come back soon.
Because Drew was in the hospital, he did not participate in the Wedding Brunch Service Challenge. Days later, Ramsay revealed before dinner service that he was still not feeling well and was pulled out of the competition. Ramsay gave no comment on his departure, and he did not receive the coat hanging and portrait burning sequence until the sixteenth episode.[4][5]
