- Main article: Episode 1902 - Shrimply Spectacular
The eighteen new chefs arrived at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas as Ramsay wanted them to see the first official Hell's Kitchen Restaurant. Marino greeted the chefs at the front doors and took them inside the restaurant. As the chefs drank champagne, they got to know each other. Eventually, Ramsay came in, explained that the Hell's Kitchen Restaurant was built on the show's eighteen-season legacy, and revealed that it was one of the highest-grossing restaurants in America. Ramsay revealed that he brought them to the restaurant for inspiration because the winner of that season would become the Head Chef at the brand-new Hell's Kitchen Restaurant in Lake Tahoe. Ramsay admitted that they would not be competing in the real Hell's Kitchen restaurant due to the demand, so they would be going to Los Angeles to compete. The chefs returned to the bus to head to the airport, Marino handed out the tickets, and once arriving at the strip, they see a helicopter revving up, with Ramsay taking it and flying off. After some time, the chefs were called in for boarding, but as the chefs walked through the doors, they found themselves standing inside the restaurant. Then, Ramsay appeared in his chef jacket, revealed that for the first time in the show's history, Hell's Kitchen would take place in Las Vegas and had some performers do some shows for the chefs. While the chefs could not do any of the tricks they saw, they reaffirmed that they could indeed cook to Ramsay.
During the Signature Dish Challenge, Brittani was paired up against Marc, they were the second pair to play for their ingredients, and they received pork chop, asparagus, and quinoa. She was the final person from the red team to have her dish judged by Ramsay, presented her pan-roasted pork chop with brown butter rosemary baste, and was confident about her pork chop due to being from Kentucky. While Ramsay was impressed by the presentation, he discovered that the pork was overcooked and dry, giving her two points, and causing her to swear. The red team lost the challenge 27-28, and they were punished by cleaning the Caesar Palace's fountain.[1]
During the Creative Shrimp Challenge, Brittani made an unknown dish, and she lost the challenge as she was not called up as one of the top three.
During dinner service, Brittani was on the garnish station with Jordan. She was not seen that night, and the red team won the service.[2]
Episode 3[]
- Main article: Episode 1903 - Hell Caesar!
During the Caesar Salad Challenge, Brittani was paired up with Lauren due to the red team having two extra people. However, she said it would be hard to work in a pair as Lauren controlled her work as the latter added too much olive oil to her liking. Lauren brought up their salad first and rode on the scooter, but Ramsay rejected it for having too much olive oil in the dressing, shocking Lauren as she thought their dressing was on point. Despite that, their second attempt was accepted. The red team won the challenge 10-8, and they were rewarded with a dune buggy experience in the Nevada desert.
Before service, Brittani had no idea if Fabiola would join them due to the latter's illness and feared that the women would be down a member that night. During dinner service, she was on the appetizer station with Fabiola. She was not seen much that night, except for feeling energized that night and feeling that their order was an easy one. The red team lost the service, and they were asked to nominate two people for elimination. During deliberation, she nominated Lauren.
She was not nominated for elimination.[3]
Episode 4[]
- Main article: Episode 1904 - Wedding Bells In Hell
During the Wedding Brunch Service Challenge, Brittani was on the avocado toast station. She was not seen during the challenge, the red team won the challenge, and they were rewarded with an overnight trip to Lake Tahoe, where they would ride snowmobiles in the mountains and stay at the Harrah's Hotel and Casino.
Before dinner service, Brittani said goodbye to Amber as the latter was reassigned to the blue team. During dinner service, she was on the fish station. After Ramsay hoped they could pick up on entrées after their shit start on appetizers, she was confident that they could bounce back and was confident in her skills as she could cook anything. However, her salmon was raw, much to her embarrassment as she was hurting Marino in the process. Seeing that she was struggling, Nikki went over to fish to calm her down and help her cook the refire. However, Ramsay reminded Nikki that she was supposed to be on meat, but when the latter claimed she was supporting her, Ramsay asked if it was truly needed. She nodded yes, frustrating Ramsay as he called it painful. Despite that, she got her refire accepted, and Marino's family had their entrées delivered. Both teams were named joint losers, and they were asked to nominate two each. During deliberation, Kori reminded her how she struggled on fish and needed Nikki's help to cook the refire, but she argued that one bad night did not define a chef and was determined to keep learning.
Brittani was the red team's first nominee for elimination, with Syann as the second, and they joined Marc and Peter from the blue team. During her plea, she said she was determined despite saying she had no idea what to do with fish. She was eliminated for her poor performance on fish and needing Nikki's help on the refire. Before leaving, Ramsay praised her for her determination but felt it was not coming together as she should have been better on their third service. During her exit interview, she thought she would have brought more to the table but knew that she felt short and planned on cooking fish back home in Kentucky.
Ramsay's comment: "Brittani floundered on the fish station and sank her team. Which left me with one option: cut bait." [4]

Trivia[]
Quotes[]
- ("About Marc's signature dish") "Yours is gorgeous."
- "I'm from Kentucky, we know how to do a pork chop!"
- ("About her signature dish score") "I got 2 points, motherfucker! ...Oh, sorry nanny, don't watch this! Oh good Lord, I can hear her right now "Oh my stars Brittani!""
- ("After elimination") "I was hoping a little bit more to the table, and I fell short. It's heartbreaking. The whole experience I'm gonna take back with me. You learn more from failing than you do from winning. If I can get some fresh fish in Kentucky, then I'm gonna practice it every day. My family's gonna be tired of eating fish."
