When the chefs arrived in Los Angeles, Ramsay surprised them by telling them to meet him in Las Vegas. Amanda was very excited and hugged Jacqueline. When they arrived there, the chefs were greeted by showgirls and got on a double-decker bus for a city tour. She was excited to see a picture of herself on the Caesars Palace giant welcome screen during the ride. After, the chefs got tricked into believing they would go on a Las Vegas 4D experience. Instead, they arrived in front of a live audience, where Ramsay was waiting for them.
During the Signature Dish Challenge, Amanda was the sixth person from the red team to have her dish judged by Ramsay and went up against Jon. Her scallops were tasty, and she and Jon scored a point for their respective teams. The red team eventually won the challenge 5-4. They were rewarded with a night out in Las Vegas, where they met Celine Dion and got VIP tickets for the latter's show. When they arrived in Hell's Kitchen, Amanda was already getting down in the competition by playing air guitar. When the blue team arrived from their punishment, she was not sorry for the men as she hoped to win every challenge. While studying the menu for the opening night, she was annoyed by Gina manipulating her puppet.[1]
During dinner service, Amanda worked tableside. She was responsible for serving a steamed mussels appetizer. She was not seen at all, but at one point, she came back in the kitchen to help Mary, who was struggling to keep up. The red team won the service.[2]
Episode 3[]

Back in the dorms, after an intense argument between Nedra and Gina, Amanda commented on the latter, who broke the ceiling after slamming the door, making everybody laugh.
The following day, some soldiers from the US army came to Hell's Kitchen, went to the dorms, and gave a very brutal wake-up call to the chefs by screaming and yelling to get up. When the teams were challenged to climb up the wall, Amanda managed to get some lobsters in her team's bucket. The red team managed to get 31 lobsters in their bucket, compared to the blue team's 37, but fortunately for them, that was only the first part of the challenge.
During the Lobster Cleaning Challenge, Amanda was paired with Mary. Together, they scored at least one point near the end, and the red team eventually won the challenge 11-8. They were rewarded with a day on an 85-foot luxury yacht, a master sushi chef preparing them lunch, and a massage.
During dinner service, Amanda was at the fish station. She was not seen much as she did not make any significant mistakes. Still, she seemed to have decent communication throughout the entire service. The red team was eventually kicked out of the kitchen after a lot of mistakes. Both teams were named joint-losers, and they were asked to nominate two people each.
She was not nominated for elimination.[3]
Episode 4[]

The following day, all the chefs went outside for the next challenge and saw Ramsay, dressed in a running suit, and many runners waiting in front of a start/finish line. He introduced the HK3K Service Challenge, and during the challenge, Amanda comforted Mary when the latter finally finished the race. The red team eventually won the challenge and were asked to help the blue team finish their entrées. They were rewarded with a day at Temecula Valley's Wine Country for wine tasting and making and flew on a private jet to get there. On the private jet, she asked her teammates if they ever lost a challenge. They answered not, and everybody clinked their champagne glasses.
The next day, during prep, Amanda acknowledged that Danielle needed to find her confidence. She told Danielle that it was worse being silent than being wrong. After, both of them motivated themselves by saying they had to fucking win service. She was on the appetizer station during dinner service with Jessica. She was not seen much, except at one point when she urged Jacqueline to bounce back from her mistake, and at another when she told Danielle should get her shit together.
The red team eventually lost the service, and they were asked to nominate two people for elimination. During deliberation, Amanda said that Jacqueline was deserving to be nominated.
She was not nominated for elimination.[4]
Episode 5[]
- Main article: Episode 1105 - 16 Chefs Compete Part 1
Back in the dorms, Amanda acknowledged that nominating Jessica for the reason they did was very stupid. She comforted the latter by kissing her on the arm.
During the Protein Identification Challenge, Amanda was paired with Mary. They were the fourth pair to compete for the red team. After watching Nedra and Jessica's poor performance, she declared that she and Mary have to get their protein in one or two tries at best. They landed on the veal chop and succeeded in getting the right protein on their first attempt.
The red team eventually won the challenge 6:37-10:33, and they were rewarded with a day at Malibu, in a $15M beach house, as well as getting there in convertibles. Arrived in Malibu, Amanda declared that they were turning heads as they were eight hot chicks in three hot convertibles. During the reward, she laughed when Cyndi fell from her wakeboard and struggled to get back on it, comparing her to a baby on the raft.
During breakfast service, Amanda was on the eggs Benedict station with Nedra. After the latter sent soggy bread to Ramsay, she urged her teammates to bounce back, helped Nedra, fearing that she would break the team down, and ordered her to stop smashing the eggs. Nedra retorted that she was killing her, but she did not appreciate it and told that she had to do everything for Nedra. Because of her help and leadership, Nedra's second attempt at the eggs Benedict was accepted, and dishes were flying out of the kitchen. Moments later, she jumped on the pancake station to help Jacqueline and said she could not use a rubber spatula to flip the pancakes. She continued to give clear instructions to Jacqueline, despite the latter's second attempt not being accepted. Near the end, she rallied and motivated her team to send the last order to the dining room.
The red team lost the service as they failed to complete their tickets before the blue team, and they were asked to nominate two people. During deliberation, Amanda quickly considered Jacqueline and Nedra for their respective shortcomings. When Nedra considered Mary, she asked why the latter should be nominated when there were many problems with the eggs Benedict. That question made Nedra explode in anger.
Amanda was not nominated for elimination. When Ramsay asked for her opinion, she declared that she would have nominated Nedra instead of Mary, despite Ja'Nel's disagreement.[5]
Episode 6[]

Back in the dorms, Amanda spoke with Nedra, comforted her, and said she was not holding any hard feelings. She did not want Nedra to have hard feelings for her as it would be the downfall of Nedra and the team. She also said that she wanted to remain friendly to keep the team's morale up and that she did not want any of her teammates to be eliminated.
During dinner service, Amanda was at the fish station with Ja'Nel. When Ramsay called the first ticket, she told Susan that she would wait on her call before dropping the scallops. When Susan called one minute on her risotto, she told her to slow down and dropped her scallops. When Susan walked with her first risotto, she did not flip her scallops yet, and while admitting that Susan was focused on her task, she had to wait for the other things to go up with. Her scallops were accepted, and later, she was annoyed when Susan sent her risotto without letting anybody else fire their own food after clearly asking her to let know when she would be at two minutes. Susan aggressively told her to pay attention, she called it absolute horse shit, and when she sent her scallops, they were raw. Ramsay put a lot of pressure on her, told her to wake up, to put her scallops back in the pan, and her refire was accepted. Eventually, the last appetizer was sent out despite a lot of communication issues between her and Susan. When she was ready to walk with her scallops, Susan said she was not ready yet, but she sent them to the pass anyway. However, she had to start again because of Susan's undercooked risotto. Later, when Nedra called six minutes on her pork, she admitted that the latter would kill the rest of the table.
After a lot of mistakes, the red team was kicked out of the kitchen. Amanda declared that being kicked out was making one feel like the biggest failure in the world back in the dorms. Both teams were named joint-losers, and they were asked to nominate two people each.
She was not nominated for elimination.[6]
Episode 7[]
- Main article: Episode 1107 - 15 Chefs Compete
The next day, both teams went into the dining room, where Ramsay introduced the Chinese Dish Creation Challenge and the Samurai statue that was placed there. When the countdown began, everybody ran to the plate of fortune cookies that was in front of the statue. Still, when they arrived, it started moving, making everybody flinch and laugh. Then, Sous Chef Andi brought the red team's basket of giant fortune cookies that would be carried with chopsticks. During the first part, Amanda was not seen much, but she expressed concern about the blue team having many more ingredients on their board than the red team. During the second part, she did not present any dish.
The red team lost the challenge 3-4, and they were punished by cleaning both kitchens for the next service, making potstickers and steam dumplings from scratch, and eating balut eggs for lunch. She declared that she would not put her egg in her mouth during lunch as the chicken had everything, from legs to feathers. When she did, she started to vomit and stated that she would have rather eat raw chicken than that.
During dinner service, Amanda was on the garnish station. She was not seen at all, both teams were named joint-losers, and they were asked to nominate their two weakest chefs each. While going back to the dorms, she wanted to throw that service away after crumbling it into a ball as it was chaos.
She was not nominated for elimination.[7]
Episode 8[]
- Main article: Episode 1108 - 14 Chefs Compete
The following day, both teams went to the dining room. They were taken outside by Ramsay, who introduced the Farm Animal Challenge. During the first part of the challenge, Amanda was the third person from the red team who entered the pen, and she chose a pork and potato combination. During the second part, she revealed that she was cooking pork with potato gratin. Still, Ja'Nel wondered if she had enough time to make it, so she decided to cut her potatoes thin, and she was worried when there were only 23 minutes left. However, her potatoes were cooked beautifully, and she was proud to have pulled off her idea.
Amanda was the fourth person from the red team to have her dish judged. She presented her seared pork with onion ragout and cheesy potatoes. She was extremely relieved to have come through with her potatoes. But, her dish was criticized for being overcooked and dry. She revealed that she wanted her potatoes to be done perfectly before Ramsay reminded her that the protein had to be the star. She lost the round to Barret. The red team won the challenge 3-2, and they were rewarded with a day at the Aquarium of the Pacific as VIP guests.
During the Family Night dinner service, Amanda was at the burger station. At one point, she was disappointed that the entire team had to refire an entire table for only one order of scallops. Near the end, she vocally led her teammates, with her entrées being accepted. After the red team served their tickets, they were asked to go over to the blue kitchen to help the men out, and the service was completed.
The red team won the service by a mile.[8]
Episode 9[]
- Main article: Episode 1109 - 13 Chefs Compete
Back in the dorms, Amanda acknowledged that the blue team was dysfunctional before telling that Ramsay was taking them apart pieces by pieces and concluded by predicting that only women would wear black jackets.
The following day, both teams went to the dining room, where Ramsay introduced the Steak Creation Challenge. When the countdown began, Amanda was the only person on the red team who was still looking for her ingredients while everybody else already started cooking. Moments later, she revealed that she had no idea what she was doing as her mind was throwing a million ideas at her and asked Susan if she could use sauce. Susan answered it was hard to know. She was the third person from the red team to have her dish judged, served her smokehouse barbecue New York strip. Still, it was missing salt and pepper, and neither she nor Michael scored a point. The red team won the challenge 4-3. They were rewarded with a day by the pool at the Wilshire Hotel, with a 360-degree view of Los Angeles and manicure and pedicure.
During prep, Amanda was nervous. She was not comfortable with steak temperatures, so she was ready to let Jacqueline run the meat station as the latter was a strong chef. During the Steak Night dinner service, she was at the meat station with Jacqueline. When the red team moved on to entrées, both of them were not doing anything as they thought they were waiting on Susan, who was already slicing the prime rib. Ramsay berated them for that. Later, Mary announced that her sea bass was ready, but she announced that they needed four minutes as they waited on the bass, much to Ramsay's dismay. When she said that Mary did not tell her that the sea bass was ready, she was accused of not taking responsibility for her mistake by Mary. When Jacqueline sent the filet mignon, it was raw, so she was scolded for messing up the easiest cut of meat. She regretted having put her trust in Jacqueline. Ramsay reminded her that it was not Sushi Night, and both received help from Nedra. When Ramsay asked for a filet mignon, she responded that she was checking on it, gave one minute to Nedra, and when Jacqueline sent the filet mignon to the pass, it was still raw. She admitted that it was raw, and because of that mistake, she was kicked out of the kitchen, along with Jacqueline, Nedra, and Cyndi. Back in the dorms, she was feeling like a piece of shit as she knew she messed up. Then, Nedra wanted to explain something, but she interrupted her, which led to an intense argument where she admitted her mistakes. Nedra claimed that she wanted to fix the mistakes. She concluded the argument by saying that Nedra should shut up.
The red team lost the service, and they were asked to nominate two people for elimination. During deliberation, Amanda was considered an obvious nominee by Cyndi for not being confident to cook meat before admitting her mistakes by convincing her teammates not to blame Jacqueline just because she was the station's driver. Also, she added that she was not the weakest chef and did not deserve to be eliminated based on that performance.
Amanda was the red team's first nominee for elimination, with Jacqueline being the second. During her plea, she expressed how passionate she was, that she has been an asset to the red team. Ramsay reminded that she disintegrated, she promised to be more vocal if given a second chance, and she apologized for her poor performance. Still, Ramsay wondered if he could wait for more. She survived elimination. While being dismissed, she was determined to show Ramsay that she was the one he was looking for while promising that it would be a different story during the following service.[9]
Episode 10[]

While going back into the dorms, Amanda claimed that she felt like a piece of shit as she should be the one Ramsay should be patting on the shoulder every night and that it sucked to be on the chopping block. Susan and Ja'Nel said they put her up because she was folding during service, with Cyndi adding how she packed her bags after being ejected from service. After Susan told her to pick up her slack, she knew she had to shine and become the leader for the red team.
During the Quinceañera Planning Challenge, Cyndi asked Amanda how she was feeling. She explained that it was her day of redemption. She cooked the steak dish, was the final person from the red team to have her dish judged, and went up against Michael. She made a grilled ribeye with spicy chilli peppers. It was praised for not being overpowering, for having great flavor, with her declaring that she was back. She won that round over Michael, and the red team won the challenge 3-2. They were rewarded with a trip to Knott's Berry Farm. She excitedly said she would be at the front of every rollercoaster.
During prep, Susan was concerned about Amanda as she was not feeling good and wanted to have a successful service. During the Quinceañera dinner service, she was on the appetizer station with Mary. When the chefs saw the girl, she said that she got teary-eyed. When the red team was working on their first ticket, Mary told her three tuna and three Caesar Salads. Still, when she asked if it was three tuna, Nedra got dismayed as they had to be on the money. Ja'Nel sent her first ravioli up, but she said her tuna wasn't working as Susan told her to bring it up. Her tuna was broken, much to her and Ramsay's dismay. Nedra told her to get it together. After, she sent up her second attempt, and it was accepted, with the head table being completely served. Later, Ramsay told her to get it together as she was working on her next tuna, but when Nedra asked if she needed help, she responded no. Her tuna meltdown had the women playing catch up. Ramsay told them that the blue team had finished while they were two tickets behind. When she sent up another tuna, it was ice cold, Ramsay asked her who seared it, and she said that Nedra was responsible for it. Pissed by that, Nedra said that she was on thin ice and that the tuna that was sent up was not the one she seared as Ramsay grew more frustrated. Then, she said that Nedra seared it, and she got it, much to Ramsay's annoyance, and told the latter to back off. With the backlog in the red kitchen, the party guests grew impatient as Josette wanted to get the waltz started, but as she and Nedra continued to argue, Jean-Philippe begged the women not to let them down. Then, Nedra dropped the refire to the ground, blamed her for causing her to drop it by bumping into her, and an annoyed Cyndi told her to get her station under control. After a frustrated Ramsay asked her who oversaw appetizers, she claimed she was before pushing Nedra away, with the latter deciding to step off and let her sink by herself. Then, a fire erupted on her station, and then, Jean-Philippe said he could not hold the waltz any longer, much to both Ramsay's and the women's dismay. As the waltz began, Ramsay berated the women for screwing up the easiest appetizers in the world. While she claimed to be the most embarrassed about it, Ramsay bitterly told her off as he tossed the appetizer tray to the counter in her direction.
Both teams were named joint losers, and they were asked to nominate two each. During deliberation, Susan felt the biggest problem that night was the tuna incident Amanda caused, with Ja'Nel reminding her how every tuna got sent back that night. Then, Mary nominated her for elimination, but she disagreed with Cyndi as a nominee as the only other person that fucked up more than herself was Nedra. When Nedra argued that she had two different-sized chickens and accidentally sent the wrong one up, she accused the former of not admitting her mistakes. She hoped to god she was the next to go.
Amanda was the red team's first nominee for elimination, with Cyndi as the second. They joined Barret and Zach from the blue team. During her plea, she felt that she never gave up since day one and apologized to both Ramsay and Brianna. However, when Ramsay asked her what she should do when she was in the weeds, she answered that she should take control, which the former felt she did not do. She was eliminated for the tuna meltdown, not bouncing back, and being the reason the women failed to complete appetizers before the waltz. During her exit interview, she was upset as she did not expect to leave so soon and admitted that she thought it would be easy, but it wasn't. Ramsay gave no comment on her elimination, and she did not receive the coat hanging and portrait burning sequence until the following episode.[10]

When Ja'Nel asked her and Zach for a time, neither responded until Ramsay spoke up, only for her revealing she lost the cod and had to refire a new one. Ja'Nel eventually won the finale over Mary. During the celebration, Ramsay asked a couple of them if they were interested in coming back, with her asking if she could next season.[12]
